What Makes This Bi-LED Projector Different?
Most headlight “upgrades” are simply brighter bulbs stuffed into housings never designed for them.
The result? Glare for oncoming drivers and wasted light that never reaches the road.
Our Mini H4 Bi-LED Projector is a complete optical system.
It combines advanced LED chips, a precision glass lens, and intelligent thermal management into one integrated unit.
It doesn’t just produce light—it controls it, shaping it into a safe, legal, and incredibly effective beam pattern.
Massive Brightness – 30,000 Lumens
Numbers matter when it comes to visibility.
With a total luminous flux of 30,000 lumens, this projector delivers more light than most factory headlights and aftermarket bulbs combined.
The difference is instantly noticeable—the road ahead transforms from a dim, uncertain path into a brilliantly lit corridor of safety.
The secret lies in the advanced chipset: 3570 9-core chips for the primary beam, paired with a dedicated 5050 1-core laser spotlight for the high beam.
This combination ensures exceptional brightness across the entire beam pattern, not just a concentrated hotspot.
Laser-Assisted High Beam – 350 Meters of Vision
The high beam is where this projector truly separates itself from the competition.
While standard LED projectors rely solely on conventional chips, ours adds a laser spotlight to the mix.
When you engage the high beam, the 5050 laser chip activates, projecting an intensely focused beam that reaches up to 350 meters.
That is nearly four football fields of illumination. At highway speeds, this extra distance gives you precious seconds of reaction time—enough to spot an obstacle, avoid an animal crossing the road, or safely navigate unfamiliar terrain.
Wide Low Beam – 6-Lane Coverage
A powerful light is only useful if it spreads where you need it.
Many aftermarket lights create a narrow tunnel of brightness, leaving the sides of the road shrouded in darkness.
Our projector solves this with a meticulously engineered low beam that delivers wide, horizontally uniform illumination.
The beam pattern is designed to cover 6 full traffic lanes—meaning you can see pedestrians, cyclists, road signs, and turn-offs clearly without needing to constantly flick to high beam.
The 90° horizontal beam angle ensures that corners and intersections are well-lit, significantly reducing blind spots during night driving.
Instant Beam Switching with High-Speed Micro Motor
There is no delay when you need light immediately.
Unlike older bi-xenon projectors that rely on sluggish mechanical shields, our Bi-LED projector uses a high-speed micro motor to switch between low and high beam.
The transition is virtually instantaneous. Whether you are flashing to pass, responding to oncoming traffic, or cresting a hill, the beam changes exactly when you need it.
No lag. No waiting. Just immediate, responsive lighting.
3210 High-Speed Turbo Fan – Active Cooling You Can Trust
High-power LEDs generate heat, and heat is the enemy of lifespan.
To combat this, we equipped the projector with a 3210 high-speed turbo fan.
Unlike passive cooling designs that rely on aluminum fins alone, this active fan continuously draws heat away from the LED chips and dissipates it through the aluminum housing.
The result is a cooling system that keeps operating temperatures well within safe limits, even during extended night drives in warm climates. This is engineering designed for durability.
Optimized Beam Angles – Precise Light Distribution
Our optical engineers fine-tuned every angle to maximize safety and usability:
Horizontal Beam Angle: 90° – Wide coverage that illuminates shoulders and adjacent lanes.
Vertical Beam Angle: 5° Up, 15° Down – This ensures ample road illumination while preventing glare for oncoming traffic.
The result is a beam pattern that feels natural and intuitive—lighting exactly where your eyes need to look without wasting energy on the sky or the hood.
HD Optical Glass Lens – Clarity Without Compromise
The lens is the final gateway between the LED chips and the road. We chose high-definition optical glass because it offers superior clarity, scratch resistance, and light transmission compared to plastic alternatives.
Glass lenses do not yellow over time from UV exposure. They do not haze or cloud after years of use.
They also provide a sharp, defined cutoff line, ensuring that the light stays where it belongs—on the road—rather than blinding oncoming drivers.
This is the difference between a professional-grade retrofit and a generic upgrade.
