Perfect Fit with "No-Cut" Installation

One of the biggest fears for anyone upgrading headlights is the installation process. Will it fit? Will I have to cut or permanently modify my vehicle?

The ZDV24 is designed with a key length of approximately 95mm. This is a standard size that fits into most headlight housings originally designed for 3.0-inch projectors.

This “key length” is the distance from the mounting plate to the back of the unit, and a shorter length (like 95mm) means it fits in tight spaces.

To make installation even easier, the ZDV24 comes with a complete set of “No-Cut” mounting accessories.

In the box, you will find adapter brackets and rings that allow you to mount the projector securely using your vehicle’s existing headlight fittings.

Wide Coverage for Safety:
The low beam is engineered to be exceptionally wide and horizontally uniform. It doesn’t just put a bright spot in the middle of the road; it spreads light evenly across the entire width of your lane and beyond.

The beam pattern is so wide and smooth that it easily illuminates up to six lanes of traffic.

Long-Distance Vision:

By removing the internal shield, the light projects forward with intense focus.

ZDV24’s high beam has a tested maximum range of approximately 260 meters (850 feet) .

High-power LEDs generate heat. If this heat is not managed effectively, the LEDs will dim, change color, and eventually fail.

ZDV24 uses a professional-grade two-part cooling system to ensure long life and consistent performance.

The High-Speed Cooling Fan:
At the rear of the projector is a 3210 ball-bearing fan. Why is this important?

Speed: It runs at high RPMs to actively pull hot air away from the LED chips and heatsink.

Ball Bearings: Unlike sleeve bearings, ball bearings are designed for long-term durability.

They are more resistant to wear and tear caused by heat, cold, and vibration—all common in a heavy-duty truck environment. This ensures the fan keeps spinning reliably for years.

 

Intelligent Driver & Temperature Control:
The projector has a built-in driver (internal circuit board) that does more than just convert power.

It features smart temperature control. The driver constantly monitors the internal temperature of the unit.

If it detects that the unit is getting too hot (for example, in extreme desert heat), it automatically adjusts the power output slightly to keep the LEDs operating within a safe temperature range.

This prevents overheating damage and ensures the light continues to work when you need it most.

 

The lens is the window through which the light passes, and its quality makes a huge difference. ZDV24 uses a high-definition optical glass lens.

Why Glass? Many cheaper lights use plastic lenses. Over time, plastic can become yellow, cloudy, and scratched from UV exposure and road debris.

Glass remains optically clear for the life of the product. It is much more scratch-resistant and does not degrade in the sun.

Clear Focus: This precision-ground glass lens ensures that 100% of the light generated by the 3570 LED chips is focused exactly where it needs to go—onto the road.
